CREAMY

SWEET CORN WITH GRASS JELLY

INGREDIENTS

  • 500ml water
  • 150ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Sweet Corn
  • 200ml sugar syrup
  • 70ml evaporated milk
  • 50g creamy corn
  • 150g grass jelly (cincau)
  • Ice

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients in a jug except the grass jelly and ice.
  2. Add in ice and grass jelly.
  3. Serve cold.
