Ingredients

Air Balang

  • 10L Water
  • 1L Rose cordial
  • 60ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Jagung Cream
  • 2L Syrup (200g sugar mixed with 2L hot water)
  • 3 Canned creamed corn

Jug

  • 1 tbsp Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Jagung Cream
  • 3 tbsp Creamed corn
  • 3 tbsp Syrup (Sugar mixed with 175ml water)
  • ½ L Water
  • 100ml Rose Cordial

Method

  1. Mix the Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Jagung, syrup and creamed corn.
  2. Pour the mixture into a jug and add ice and water.
  3. To serve, pour the mixture into a glass, then drizzle 2 tbsp of rose syrup and garnish with fresh rose petals.
