KONNYAKU

NATA DE COCO JELLY

INGREDIENTS

  • 10g Konnyaku powder
  • 230g Sugar
  • 950ml Water
  • 10ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Strawberry
  • 10ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Pandan
  • 10ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Orange
  • 10ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Grape
  • A mixture of nata de coco

METHOD

  1. Mix well konnyaku powder with sugar
  2. Pour mixture into the water and bring to the boil.
  3. Turn off the heat and continue to stir till bubbles
  4. Divide mixture equally into 4 bowls.
  5. Add in Double Lion products into each bowl.
  6. Put 3 cubes of nata de coco into each jelly mold and pour jelly mixture
  7. Set aside to set then chill overnight in fridge.
  8. Remove jelly from mould and serve at once.
