KONNYAKU
NATA DE COCO JELLY

INGREDIENTS
- 10g Konnyaku powder
- 230g Sugar
- 950ml Water
- 10ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Strawberry
- 10ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Pandan
- 10ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Orange
- 10ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Grape
- A mixture of nata de coco
METHOD
- Mix well konnyaku powder with sugar
- Pour mixture into the water and bring to the boil.
- Turn off the heat and continue to stir till bubbles
- Divide mixture equally into 4 bowls.
- Add in Double Lion products into each bowl.
- Put 3 cubes of nata de coco into each jelly mold and pour jelly mixture
- Set aside to set then chill overnight in fridge.
- Remove jelly from mould and serve at once.
