Ingredients
Air Balang
- 9L Water
- 2L Sarsi cordial
- 60ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Asam Masin
- 2L Syrup (200g sugar mixed with 2L hot water)
- 600g Asam Boi
Jug
- 1 tbsp Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Asam Masin
- 3 tbsp Syrup (Sugar mixed with 175ml water)
- ½ L Water
- 100ml Sarsi cordial
- 4 Asam Boi
- 1 Thick lime slice
Method
- Mix the Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Asam Masin with sugar syrup.
- Pour the sarsi cordial and the mixture from Step 1 into a jug and mix well.
- Add in a handful of ice before adding the water
- Garnish with Asam Boi and a slice of lime
