Ingredients

Air Balang

  • 9L Water
  • 2L Sarsi cordial
  • 60ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Asam Masin
  • 2L Syrup (200g sugar mixed with 2L hot water)
  • 600g Asam Boi

Jug

  • 1 tbsp Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Asam Masin
  • 3 tbsp Syrup (Sugar mixed with 175ml water)
  • ½ L Water
  • 100ml Sarsi cordial
  • 4 Asam Boi
  • 1 Thick lime slice

Method

  1. Mix the Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Asam Masin with sugar syrup.
  2. Pour the sarsi cordial and the mixture from Step 1 into a jug and mix well.
  3. Add in a handful of ice before adding the water
  4. Garnish with Asam Boi and a slice of lime
