INGREDIENTS

  • 10ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Strawberry
  • 10ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Pandan
  • 10ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Orange
  • 10ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Grape
  • 10g Konnyaku Powder
  • 230g Sugar
  • 950ml Water
  • A mixture of nata de coco

METHOD

  • Mix well konnyaku powder with sugar
  • Pour mixture into the water and bring to the boil.
  • Turn off the heat and continue to stir till bubbles
  • Divide mixture equally into 4 bowls.
  • Add in Double Lion products into each bowl.
  • Put 3 cubes of nata de coco into each jelly mold and pour jelly mixture
  • Set aside to set then chill overnight in fridge.
  • Remove jelly from mould and serve at once.
