INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Sarsi
  • 150g Ice cubes
  • 150g Vanilla ice cream
  • 50ml Water
  • 50ml Sugar syrup

METHOD

  1. Place vanilla ice cream, water and ice into a blender and blend till smooth
  2. Pour mixture into glasses
  3. In another container, mix Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Sarsi and sugar syrup. Pour mixture over blended mixture and serve cold.
