Pandan Laici (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Pandan
  • 3kg sugar
  • 3 cans lychee
  • 10 litres of water
  • 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Prepare a large pot, boil 10 litres of water with sugar. While waiting for the water to boil, prepare the concentrate container and add Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Pandan.
  2. After the water boils, pour the lychee syrup into the concentrate container and stir well.
  3. Finally, add enough ice cubes to the dispenser and pour in the drink concentrate.
