Strawberry Tea (40L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

• 1 bottle Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Strawberry
• 2 kg sugar
• 9 litres of water
• 130 gm tea powder
• 300 gm strawberry fruit
• 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

1. Cook 9 liters of water with the tea powder until boiling.
2. Strain the tea and pour it into the dispenser.
3. Add 2 kg of sugar that has been dissolved in hot water, and stir until well combined.
4. Add 2 bags of ice cubes.
5. Add 1 bottle of Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Strawberry.
6. Add strawberry fruit slices.
7. Done
