Katira (40L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

• 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Tebu
• 10 ml banana essence
• 8 cans sweetened condensed milk
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 9 litres of water
• 500 gm grass jelly
• 50 gm basil seeds
• 10 gm almond gum
• 10 gm malva nut
• 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

1. Add 2 bottles of Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Tebu.
2. Add 10 ml of banana essence.
3. Add 8 cans of sweetened condensed milk.
4. Add 9 litres of water then stir until well combined.
5. Add 2 bags of ice cubes.
6. Add 1 can of evaporated milk.
7. Add basil seeds, almond gum and malva nut that has been soaked in hot water until it expands.
8. Add finely shaved grass jelly.
