INGREDIENTS

  • ~55 liters Water

  • 3 teaspoons fine salt

  • 1 bottles of Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Corn (495ml bottle size)

  • 120ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Rose (495ml bottle size)

  • 3~4 cans sweetened condensed milk

  • 3~4 cans evaporated milk

  • 3 cans Double Lion Cream Corn (425g)

  • Ice, as desired

METHOD

  1. Prepare the base:
    In a large pot or mixing tank, pour ~55 liters of water. Bring to a gentle boil and add 3 teaspoons of fine salt. Stir until dissolved.
  2. Add flavour and milk:
    Mix in Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Corn, Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Rose, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk. Stir continuously until the mixture is well combined and creamy.
  3. Add creamy corn:
    Pour in Double Lion Cream Corn and stir evenly until the texture is smooth and thick.
  4. Cool and serve:
    Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add ice before serving. Transfer into air balang (large beverage containers) for easy serving.
  5. Enjoy:
