INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Rose
- 300g peppermint leaves (Choose fresh leaves with attractive colours)
- 3/4 teaspoons of basil seeds
- 3kg sugar
- 10 litres of water
- 2 bags of ice cubes
METHOD
- Soak the basil seeds until they swell, then drain them.
- In a large pot, add 10 liters of water, Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Rose, granulated sugar (cook until boiling).
- While waiting for the water to boil, cut the peppermint leaves into suitable pieces.
- Finally, add ice cubes to the dispenser, then pour in the concentrate, basil seeds, and peppermint leaves.
