Blue Lemon Soda (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Blue Lemon
  • 3kg sugar
  • 2 bottles carbonated soda water
  • 3 lemons (decoration)
  • 8 litres of water
  • 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Prepare a large pot, add sugar and 8 litres of water, then bring to a boil.
  2. While waiting for the water to boil, prepare the concentrate container and add Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Blue Lemon and soda water.
  3. After the water boils, pour it into the concentrate container and stir together.
  4. Next, add enough ice cubes to the dispenser and pour in the drink concentrate. Finally, garnish with lemons into the dispenser.
