Cha Bang Ang Keladi (40L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

• 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Keladi
• 5 cans sweetened condensed milk
• 4 litres full cream milk
• 1 kg brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 50 gm basil seeds
• 2 kg grass jelly
• 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

1. Add 4 litres of full cream milk to the dispenser.
2. Add 5 cans of sweetened condensed milk.
3. Add 1 kg of brown sugar that has been cooked with pandan leaves.
4. Add 1 teaspoon of salt
5. Add 2 bottles of Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Keladi and stir until well combined.
6. Add 2 bags of ice cubes.
7. Add 2 kg of diced grass jelly.
8. Add 50 gm of basil seeds that have been soaked in hot water.
