Oren Longan (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Orange
  • 5 cans of canned longan
  • 2kg sugar
  • 8 litres of water
  • 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Cook the water and sugar in a pot. (You can also add Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Orange directly.)
  2. Prepare the concentrate container, add Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Orange, canned longan syrup. Once the sugar syrup has boiled, pour it into the concentrate container.
  3. For serving in the dispenser, add enough ice cubes and pour in the drink concentrate.
