Pandan Passion Fruit (40L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

• 1 bottle Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Pandan
• 1 litre passion fruit extract
• 8 litres of water
• 2 kg sugar
• 1 tub Nata de Coco
• 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

1. Add 1 bottle of Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Pandan.
2. Add 8 litres of water.
3. Add 2 kg of sugar that has been dissolved in hot water, then stir until well combined.
4. Add 2 bags of ice cubes.
5. Add 1 litre of passion fruit extract.
6. Add 1 tub of Nata de Coco.
7. Done
