Tembikai Susu Strawberry Fruit (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Tembikai Susu
  • 2.5kg condensed milk
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 30 strawberry fruits (cut into suitable pieces)
  • 3 teaspoons of salt
  • 8 litres of water
  • 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Mix the water, brown sugar, and salt in a pot, then bring to a boil.
  2. In the concentrate container, add Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Tembikai Susu, and condensed milk. After the water boils, mix into the concentrate container and stir well.
  3. Add ice cubes to the 23L dispenser, and pour in the concentrate and garnish with strawberry slices.
