Yogurt Mocktail Strawberry (40L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

• 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Yogurt Strawberry
• 2 kg sugar
• 6 bottles carbonated soda water
• 50 gm peppermint leaves
• 500 gm jelly star
• 1 can lychee
• 300 gm strawberry fruit
• 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

1. Add 2 bottles of Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Yogurt Strawberry.
2. Add 2 kg of sugar that has been dissolved in hot water.
3. Add 6 bottles of carbonated soda water then stir until well combined.
4. Add 2 bags of ice cubes.
5. Add 1 can of lychee.
6. Add jelly star and peppermint leaves.
7. Add strawberry fruit slices.
8. Done
