Keladi Soda (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Keladi
  • 2.5kg condensed milk
  • 2 bottles soda carbonated water
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons of salt
  • 8 litres of water 
  • 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Prepare a large pot, add 8 litres of water, brown sugar, and salt, then bring it to a boil.
  2. While waiting for it to boil, prepare the concentrate container and add the milk, Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Keladi, soda water.
  3. After the water boils, pour it into the concentrate container and stir together with condensed milk, cordial and soda water.
  4. Finally, add enough ice cubes to the container and pour in the drink concentrate.
