INGREDIENTS
- 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Keladi
- 3 cans evaporated milk
- 1kg jelly pudding (Nutrijell)
- 3 cans condensed milk
- 3 teaspoons of salt
- 3 cans of water (According to the number of evaporated milks)
- 2 bags of ice cubes
METHOD
- Add a little sugar according to the desired sweetness, 3 packets of Nutrijell, and 2.4L of boiled water (1 packet of Nutrijell = 800ml of water). Bring to a boil. Pour into a container or mould and refrigerate.
- For the keladi drink, prepare a large pot and add evaporated milk, water, Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Keladi, condensed milk, salt. Stir until it comes to a boil.
- Next, add ice cubes to the dispenser and pour in the keladi drink. Finally, cut the jelly and place it as topping.
