Mangga Susu (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Mango
  • 2.5kg condensed milk
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons of salt
  • 10 litres of water
  • 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Prepare a large pot, add 10 liters of water, brown sugar, and salt, then bring to a boil.
  2. While waiting for the water to boil, prepare the concentrate container and add the milk, Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Mango.
  3. After the water boils, pour it into the concentrate container and stir together with the condensed milk and Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Mango.
  4. Finally, add enough ice cubes to the dispenser and pour in the drink concentrate.
