Strawberry Lemon Soda Pudina (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

• 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Strawberry
• 2.5kg condensed milk
• 2 bottles carbonated soda water
• 3 teaspoons of salt
• 3 lemons
• 500g peppermint leaves
• 8 litres of water
• 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

1. Prepare a large pot, add 8 litres of water, and bring it to a boil.
2. While waiting for the water to boil, prepare the concentrate container and add the milk, salt, Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Strawberry, and soda water.
3. After the water boils, pour it into the concentrate container and stir together with the condensed milk, Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Strawberry, and soda water.
4. Next, add enough ice cubes to the dispenser and pour in the drink concentrate. Finally, garnish with lemon and peppermint leaves into the dispenser.
