Tebu Lemon Pudina (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Tebu
  • 3kg sugar
  • 3 lemons
  • 500g peppermint leaves
  • 8 litres of water
  • 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Prepare a large pot, add 8 litres of water and sugar, then bring to a boil.
  2. While waiting for the water to boil, prepare the concentrate container and add Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Tebu.
  3. After the water boils, pour it into the concentrate container and stir Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Tebu.
  4. Next, add enough ice cubes to the dispenser and pour in the drink concentrate. Finally, garnish with lemons and peppermint leaves into the dispenser.
