Tebu Asam Boi (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Tebu
  • 300g Asam Boi
  • 3kg sugar
  • 10 litres of water
  • 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Cook the water and sugar in a pot to make sugar syrup.
  2. Prepare the concentrate container, add Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Tebu and Asam Boi. After the water boils, pour it into the concentrate container. For drinks that use Asam Boi, it is best to soak it overnight for a richer, stronger flavor.
  3. Pour the ice cubes into the dispenser along with the prepared concentrate.
