Blue Lemon Float (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

• 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Blue Lemon
• 3kg sugar
• 2 cans evaporated milk (optional)
• 1 container vanilla ice cream topping
• 10 litres of water
• 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

1. Prepare a large pot, add 10 litres of water and sugar, then bring to a boil. While waiting for the water to boil, prepare the concentrate container and add the evaporated milk, and Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Blue Lemon.
2. After the water boils, pour it into the concentrate container and stir well.
3. Next, add enough ice cubes to the dispenser and pour in the drink concentrate.
4. Finally, add vanilla ice cream first. Then, add Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Blue Lemon as topping to make it look more appealing.
