INGREDIENTS

  • 150ml Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Lychee
  • 170ml Sugar Syrup
  • 320ml Soda Water (≈ 2 cans)
  • 10 pcs Mint Leaves
  • 150g Lychee (fresh or canned)
  • Ice as desired

METHOD

  1. In a large jug or shaker, mix Double Lion Lychee Flavoured Concentrate with sugar syrup.

  2. Add mint leaves and lightly crush them to release the aroma.

  3. Pour in soda water and add ice cubes. Stir gently to combine.

  4. Add lychee pieces and mix well.

  5. Serve chilled in a tall glass, garnish with mint leaves or a lychee on top.
