Asam Masin Lemon Pudina (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Asam Masin
  • 5 lemons
  • 500g peppermint leaves
  • 3kg sugar
  • 10 litres of water
  • 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Make the sugar syrup by boiling it in a pot.
  2. Prepare the concentrate container, add the Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Asam Masin, lemon sliced into rounds, and peppermint leaves cut into small pieces.
  3. Add ice cubes to the dispenser and pour in the concentrate along with the sugar syrup.
