Asam Masin Original (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Asam Masin
  • 200g Asam Boi
  • 3kg sugar
  • 10 litres of water
  • 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Prepare a large pot, boil 10 litres of water with sugar. While waiting for the water to boil, prepare the concentrate container and add Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Asam Masin and Asam Boi.
  2. After the water boils, pour it into the concentrate container and stir well.
  3. Finally, add enough ice cubes to the dispenser and pour in the drink concentrate.
