Jagung Aiskrim Soda (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

• 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Jagung
• 1 bottle Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Rose
• 2.5kg condensed milk (If you want something tasty, you can use Gold Coin)
• 2 bottles soda carbonated water
• 2 cans Double Lion Cream Corn (425g)
• 50g brown sugar
• 3 teaspoons of salt
• 8 litres of water
• 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

1. Prepare a large pot, add 8 liters of water, brown sugar, and salt, then bring it to a boil.
2. While waiting for it to boil, prepare the concentrate container and add the milk, Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Jagung, Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Rose and soda water.
3. After the water boils, pour it into the concentrate container and stir well.
4. Finally, add enough ice cubes to the container and pour in the drink concentrate. Before stirring, don’t forget to add Double Lion Cream Corn as topping.
