INGREDIENTS
- 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Keladi
- 2.5kg condensed milk
- 2 cans evaporated milk (Optional)
- 1 container keladi ice cream topping
- 100g brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons of salt
- 10 litres of water
- 2 bags of ice cubes
METHOD
- Prepare a large pot, add 10 litres of water, brown sugar, and salt, then bring it to a boil. While waiting for it to boil, prepare the concentrate container and add the condensed milk and Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Keladi.
- After the water boils, pour it into the concentrate container and stir well
- Next, add enough ice cubes to the dispenser and pour in the drink concentrate.
- Finally, add the keladi ice cream first. Then, add the keladi cordial topping to make it look more appealing.
