INGREDIENTS
- 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Keladi
- 2.5kg condensed milk
- 100g brown sugar
- 500g grass jelly
- 3 teaspoons of salt
- 10 litres of boiled water
- 2 bags of ice cubes
METHOD
- Prepare a large pot, add 10 litres of water, brown sugar, and salt, then bring it to a boil.
- While waiting for it to boil, prepare the concentrate container and add the milk and Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Keladi.
- After the water boils, pour it into the concentrate container and stir together with condensed milk and Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Keladi.
- Finally, add enough ice cubes to the dispenser and pour in the drink concentrate. Before stirring, pour grass jelly.
