Laici Fruity (40L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

• 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Lychee
• 2 kg sugar
• 9 litres of water
• 2 cans lychee
• 1 kg watermelon fruit
• 1 tub Nata de Coco
• 50 gm basil seeds
• 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

1. Add 2 bottles of Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Lychee.
2. Add the cooked sugar syrup.
3. Add 9 litres of water then stir until well combined.
4. Add 2 bags of ice cubes.
5. Add the diced watermelon fruit.
6. Add the basil seeds that have been soaked in hot water.
7. Add 1 tub of Nata de Coco.
8. Add 2 cans of lychee.
9. Done
