Oren Sunkist (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Orange
  • 5 Sunkist orange fruits
  • 3kg sugar
  • 10 litres of water
  • 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Make the sugar syrup by adding sugar and water to a pot, then bring it to a boil.
  2. Prepare the concentrate container, add Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Orange and pour the sugar syrup. Then, stir until well combined.
  3. Next, prepare a 23L dispenser and fill it with enough ice cubes. Pour in the drink concentrate, then garnish with round slices of Sunkist orange fruits.
