Oren Asam Boi Pudina (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Orange
  • 300g Asam Boi
  • 500g peppermint leaves
  • 2kg sugar
  • 10 litres of water
  • 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Make sugar syrup (a mixture of water and sugar according to the specified measurements).
  2. Prepare the concentrate container, add Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Orange, Asam Boi and sugar syrup. Then, stir well.
  3. Cut the peppermint leaves as desired to add a fresh flavor.
  4. Add ice cubes to the dispenser and pour in the drink concentrate. Finally, add the peppermint leaves to the dispenser and stir well.
