Oren Jelly Pot (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Orange
  • 5 Sunkist orange fruits
  • 1kg jelly rainbow
  • 3kg granulated sugar
  • 10 litres of water
  • 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Cook the water and sugar in a pot. (You can also add Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Orange directly.)
  2. Prepare the concentrate container, add Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Orange. Once the sugar syrup has boiled, pour it into the concentrate container.
  3. For serving in the dispenser, add enough ice cubes and pour in the drink concentrate. Finally, garnish with sliced Sunkist orange fruits and jelly rainbow to make it more appealing.
