Siren Pudina (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Orange
  • 1/2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Rose
  • 3kg sugar
  • 10 litres of water
  • 3 spoons of basil seeds
  • 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Soak the basil seeds (if using) and drain.
  2. Boil the water and sugar in a pot. For the concentrate container, add Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Orange and Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Rose.
  3. After the water boils, pour the sugar syrup into the concentrate container and stir well.
  4. Next, prepare the ice cubes to the dispenser and pour in the drink concentrate. Finally, sprinkle the drained basil seeds.
