Teh Bunga Longan (40L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

• 300 ml from Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Asam Masin
• 2 kg sugar
• 9 litres of water
• 200 gm chrysanthemum flower
• 500 gm calamansi lime
• 50 gm Asam Boi Putih
• 1 can longan
• 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

1. Add 300 ml of Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Asam Masin.
2. Add the cooked sugar syrup.
3. Add 9 litres of water that has been boiled with chrysanthemum flowers.
4. Add 2 bags of ice cubes.
5. Add half slices of calamansi lime.
6. Add the Asam Boi Putih that have been soaked in hot water.
7. Add 1 can of longan.
8. Done
