Teh O Ais Laici (40L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

• 1 bottle Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Lychee
• 2 kg sugar
• 9 litres of water
• 130 gm tea powder
• 2 cans lychee
• 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

1. Boil 9 litres of water with 130 gm of tea powder until it comes to a boil, then strain.
2. Pour the filtered water into the dispenser.
3. Add 1 bottle of Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Lychee.
4. Add the sugar water that has been dissolved in hot water.
5. Add 2 bags of ice cubes.
6. Add 2 cans of lychee.
