Laici Lemon Pudina (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Lychee
  • 2 cans of canned lychee
  • 3 lemons
  • 500g peppermint leaves
  • 3kg sugar (Can be reduced as desired)
  • 8 litres of water
  • 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Cut the lemons into several round slices and cut the peppermint leaves as needed.
  2. Boil the water, sugar, and Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Lychee in a pot.
  3. Prepare the concentrate container, pour in the canned lychees including the lychee water, add the boiled cordial, and stir well.
  4. Next, add ice cubes to the dispenser and pour in the drink concentrate. Finally, add the lemons and peppermint leaves, then stir until the fresh aroma is released.
