INGREDIENTS
- 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Asam Masin
- 200g Asam Boi
- 10-12 stalks bruised lemongrass
- 3kg sugar
- 10 litres of water
- 2 bags of ice cubes
METHOD
- Boil the water and sugar in a pot. While waiting, you can bruise the lemongrass.
- Prepare the concentrate container, pour the Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Asam Masin, bruised lemongrass, and Asam Boi. Once the sugar syrup is ready, mix everything together.
- For the drink dispenser, add ice cubes. Then pour in all the concentrate.
