Honeydew Asam Boi (40L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

• 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Tembikai Susu
• 2 kg sugar
• 9 litres of water
• 1 kg honeydew melon fruit
• 250 gm Asam Boi Putih
• 50 gm peppermint leaves
• 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

1. Add 2 bottles of Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Tembikai Susu.
2. Add 2 kg of sugar water that has been dissolved in hot water.
3. Add 9 litres of water then stir until well combined.
4. Add 2 bags of ice cubes.
5. Add the Asam Boi Putih that has been soaked in hot water.
6. Add diced honeydew melon fruit and peppermint leaves.
