Sarsi Asam Boi (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Sarsi
  • 300g Asam Boi
  • 2kg sugar
  • 10 litres of water
  • 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Cook the water and sugar in a pot to make sugar syrup.
  2. Prepare the concentrate container, add Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Sarsi, Asam Boi. Once the sugar syrup has boiled, pour it into the concentrate container. For drinks that use Asam Boi, it is best to soak it overnight for a richer, more concentrated flavour.
  3. Pour the ice cubes into the dispenser along with the prepared concentrate.
