Sarsi Soda Lemon (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

• 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Sarsi
• 3 bottles soda ice cream (1.5L)
• 5 lemons
• 3kg sugar
• 4 litres of water
• 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

1. Boil the water and sugar to a pot.
2. Prepare the concentrate container, pour 2 bottles of Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Sarsi, soda ice cream, and round lemon slices. Next, pour in all of the boiled sugar syrup.
3. Add ice cubes to the dispenser, and pour in the drink concentrate.
