Sarsi Laici Pudina (23L Air Balang)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bottles Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate (450ml) – Sarsi
  • 5 cans lychee
  • 500g peppermint leaves
  • 3kg sugar
  • 8 litres of water
  • 2 bags of ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Cut the peppermint leaves as desired.
  2. Dissolve the water and sugar in a pot.
  3. Prepare the concentrate container, pour the Double Lion Flavoured Concentrate Sarsi, canned lychee syrup. Once the sugar syrup has boiled, pour it into the concentrate container and stir until well combined.
  4. Add ice cubes into the dispenser and then pour in the drink concentrate.
